JOB DESCRIPTION

Permanent, Full time

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project scheduling, documentation/issue and risk management, and provide a high level of visibility/exposure to internal/external project stakeholders and senior management. This person must have experience in management, budgeting and analysis. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, is an excellent communicator and a true team player.

REQUIREMENTS

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget;

Manage the client relationship and all stakeholders throughout the project;

Keep the client informed of project progress and blockers;

Coordinate internal resources including partners for project execution;

Gather necessary resources and facilitate the decision making process of the production team;

Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;

Ensure the availability and allocation of resources;

Develop a detailed project plan;

Monitor the progress of the project using Jira Software;

Use defined procedures to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;

Perform risk management to minimize risk;

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on Confluence / Jira;

Report project management issues and escalate as needed;

Conduct follow-up meetings and provide the team with a clear vision of next steps;

Support teams with any required escalations (internal or external, including vendors), complex issue resolution and dependencies and/or inter-team coordination.

Technical Requirements:

2+ years experience in a project management role;

Fluency in English and French, spoken and written;

Knowledge of WordPress (Woocommerce) is a plus;

Knowledge of the Magento Commerce platform is a plus;

Knowledge of the Shopify platform is a plus;

Knowledge of Jira software is a plus;

Knowledge of the processes surrounding e-commerce development;

Good knowledge of user experiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience:

At least 2 years in a similar role (Web project management)

Education:

No specific requirements, but a degree in a relevant field is a strong asset.

Language requirements:

French – Professional

English – Comprehension
