Planification

The most important documents in this phase are the functional and technical specifications.

Once we’ve outlined what needs to be developed, we can go into detail to and outline which tasks need to be done, how long they should take, for how many people, users, etc; in order to complete the key parts of the project.

Many questions can arise from the creation of a new product.
For example, User Stories would define: Who will do what? What level of rights or compensation is needed to do an action?

The UI/IX specifications will define user experience and interfaces, find harmony between branding, messages and visuals, and so forth.
