Corporate Communications Specialist


Permanent, Full time

Job Summary:

In accordance with the group’s global strategy, design and execute OnCode’s internal and external communication actions.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

Create branded content (text, video, photo, audio) in accordance with the content strategy.

Writing messages for different audiences in interaction with the group’s brands.

Monitoring and dialogue on social networks.

Plan event activities.

Management of PR providers and media buying


Create presentations for internal communications.

Create, edit and proofread internal documents.

Develop and manage internal communications strategy.

Maintain an internal communications calendar.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements :

Agile with content creation tools (page layout, photo editing and video editing)

Agile with social networks, especially LinkedIn

Mastery of Google Suite

Fluent in English and French, will need to work with English and French
English and French speakers.

Excellent command of French writing, text editing, synthesis and popularization

Consulting approach, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, innovation, creativity and efficiency

Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships and work effectively at all levels of the organization.


Curiosity, creativity and analytical skills

You have significant experience in communication and/or marketing

You have already managed projects with several interlocutors

You like to work in a team in a friendly atmosphere, you have already participated in branding projects and thought about image issues, whether at the corporate or product level

You have experience in FR/AN translation.

Initial or main missions:

With the help of some key players in the company, develop the OnCode brand, both internally and externally, and seize the opportunities and the right methodology to communicate it.

Rated performance indicators:

OnCode brand commitments

Traffic generated by content

Tracking of marketing objectives and content strategy

Units of media noise generated by OnCode

Number of leads generated by campaigns

Responses to internal PERSPECTIVE survey regarding communication and culture.


Work Experience:

At least 5 years


Must have a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, humanities, social sciences or other appropriate academic discipline.

Languages requirements:

fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
