1. Requirements Gathering
To get you off to a good start, we would be pleased to meet with you to discuss your needs and the key parameters of the project
2. Profile presentation
After a thorough review, we meet with the identified potential resources and share their anonymized résumés with you. You then select the resources you wish to meet.
3. Meeting with potential candidates
We organize meetings with selected candidates. Unless you specify otherwise, we will assist and support you throughout the meeting.
4. Technical / Personality Tests
Following the meetings, we conduct personality tests and technical tests to successful candidates. It is important for us to ensure your compatibility,
5. Candidate(s) Selection
Following the previ ous steps, you select the candidate you wish to hire. We provide you with tools and advice to help you make the right choice.
6. Meeting with selected candidate(s)
We meet with the resource to submit an offer and inform them of the documents to be prepared and the next steps.
7. Meeting with a legal professional
We arrange a meeting between you and the licensed legal professional of your choice. Of course, we can refer you to excellent professionals!
8. File submission
The temporary work visa application is submitted, including the required documents. The response to the application typically takes between 8 and 12 weeks.
9. Regular meetings
In the meantime, we follow up with professionals and the candidate.
10. Orientation

10. Follow-up
Once the resource is onboard, we determine the frequency and duration of our meetings with both you and the resource(s). We ensure that both you and the resource(s) are satisfied, and make any necessary adjustments to optimize your collaboration.
