Remote Work and In-Office Work
As an OnCodian, you benefit from remote work to help you achieve an optimal balance between your professional and personal life! Your presence in the office is required once a week. If you prefer to work in the office, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Flexible working hours
At OnCode, we believe that you should manage your own schedule. It’s all about communication! We ask you to communicate your availability and absences and, of course, to manage your work according to the project deadlines. This way, you benefit from flexible working hours for both your work and your personal life.
Work & Travel
We fully understand the privilege that our job nature allows: the ability to work from anywhere in the world! Therefore, we offer you the opportunity to work remotely for a total of 8 weeks per year. Of course, you can also choose to combine vacation days with your remote work period to make the most of it!
