1. Requirements Gathering

After a thorough review, we meet with the identified potential resources and share their anonymized résumés with you. You then select the resources you wish to meet.
3. Meeting with potential candidates
We organize meetings with selected candidates. Unless you specify otherwise, we will assist and support you throughout the meeting.
4. Technical / Personality Tests
Following the meetings, we conduct personality tests and technical tests to successful candidates. It is important for us to ensure your compatibility,

Following the previous steps, you select the candidate you wish to hire. We provide you with tools and advice to help you make the right choice.
6. Orientation
We plan and prepare with you for the arrival of the selected resource(s) to ensure they are ready and have all the necessary information.
7. Follow-up
Once the resource is onboard, we determine the frequency and duration of our meetings with both you and the resource(s). We ensure that both you and the resource(s) are satisfied, and make any necessary adjustments to optimize your collaboration.
