1. Requirements Gathering
To get you off to a good start, we would be pleased to meet with you to discuss your needs and the key parameters of the project
2. Important information transfer
A meeting with key members of your team is planned to share as much information as possible.
3. Documentation Transfer
You provide us with the necessary information, including your specifications (if you have them). Of course, you can count on our confidentiality!
4. Team meeting
An initial meeting brings together the selected team members to present the project, as well as each one’s roles and responsibilities.
5. Project Start
The various team members (developers, UI/UX designer, designers, etc.) tackle their respective tasks, orchestrated by the project manager.
6. Follow-up
In order to keep you informed of project progress, receive your approvals and answer your questions, meetings are scheduled in advance between you and your dedicated project manager.
7. Quality and safety testing
The quality and security of your web project are meticulously checked by our team.
8. Launch
This stage requires increased supervision. In particular, with regard to site performance, statistical data, etc.
9. Adjustments
Following the launch, we analyze the results and make any necessary changes and adjustments to fully optimize the project.
10. Maintenance
The project is completed, but to ensure its continuity, you have access to a direct communication tool and follow-ups with our team.
